Description
This practice of hatha yoga with variations of Surya Namaskar and elements from ashtanga vinyasa and yoga flow. Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Lesson effects:

- traction and stretching;
- breathing work.
During the lesson, a fairly fast pace is maintained, so adjust the load yourself, monitor your breathing, pressure and heartbeat, especially if you have contraindications to active loads.
