Description

The courses are aimed at forming a quality base for the longitudinal twine (hanumanasana) and transverse twine (samakonasana), which is important for the correct performance of these asanas in terms of injury prevention, as well as work with enslavements and fears.
All complexes are full-fledged and self-sufficient practices (they contain a setting for a lesson, a warm-up, a main block, a series of inverted asanas) and can be used as separate classes.

The program of the course on the longitudinal twine (hanumanasana)
Lesson 1 – we perform basic yoga poses that prepare the body for hanumanasana (longitudinal twine)
2, 4, 6 classes – in the warm-up part – we strengthen the press and back, in the main block we perform sequences of asanas, which are mostly focused on flexion in the hip joints, as well as tilts (the leg is being worked out, which goes forward in the twine).
3, 5, 7 classes – in the warm-up part – we strengthen the press and back, in the main block we perform sequences of asanas, which are mostly focused on extension in the hip joints and stretching the front surface of the legs (the leg is being worked out, which goes back in the twine) .
8, 9, 10 classes, we perform various sequences, in which we already include entering hanumanasana and holding it in a static version.

The program of the course on transverse twine (samakonasana).
In each lesson, we will master various preparatory exercises for transverse twine. We will learn to get into the transverse split from a sitting position (upavishtha konasana), as well as from a standing position (prasarita padottanasana).

In addition to the transverse twine, we will pay special attention to the development of baddha konasana (bound angle pose / butterfly pose) and upavista konasana (sitting tilt).
